Out of stock items
Choose what happens when a subscription renews with an out-of-stock item:- Renew when back in stock — Hold renewals until stock returns (duration follows your dunning period).
- Renew when out of stock — Renew and bill without interruption.
Price changes
When product prices change in Shopify:- Update to the new price — Upcoming renewals use the new catalog price.
- Keep the initial price — Existing subscription lines keep the price from when they were added.
One-time products price
Control whether selling-plan discounts apply when a customer adds a product as a one-time line in the Customer Portal. Enable this if one-time add-ons should receive the same subscription discount as recurring lines.Shipping rates
By default, Juo retains the shipping rate on a subscription until the customer updates it (for example by changing products or address). Enable Dynamic Shipping Rates to pull rates from your Shopify shipping profile whenever rates change. Already-scheduled upcoming renewals keep their current rate; the new rates apply from the following cycle. For profile setup details, see Shipping setup.Tags
Define tags Juo writes to Shopify orders and customers (for example first order vs recurring, active vs cancelled). Changes apply to upcoming orders only. Cycle and reference prefixes get an automatic index suffix.Copy initial order attributes
Enable this to copy selected custom attributes from the customer’s first order onto the subscription — useful when a shipping app adds pickup-point codes after checkout.- Add the attribute keys to whitelist (only those keys are copied).
- Existing subscription attributes are never overwritten.
