You can create a subscription without a storefront checkout from the Subscriptions list.
  1. Go to Subscriptions.
  2. Click Create subscription.
  3. Complete the steps: Customer → Billing & payment → Products → Address → Shipping.
  4. Confirm to create the subscription.
You must select a payment method when the shop has payment methods available. Parcel-locker / pickup-point shipping can be selected on the shipping step when your store supports it. After creation, manage the subscription like any other — including bulk actions and Customer Portal access.
