The Leat integration connects Juo subscriptions to your Leat loyalty and referral program. It does two things:
  • Sends subscription orders to Leat, so first subscription orders and renewals earn loyalty points and complete referrals in the same way as other orders.
  • Provides each customer’s Leat referral code and link, so you can display them in the Customer Portal.
Points, rewards, and referral rules stay in Leat. Juo sends the order data, and your Leat setup decides what each order earns.

Set up the integration

  1. In the Juo admin panel, go to Settings → Integrations → Leat.
  2. Paste your Leat Private app access token and click Save.
  3. Turn on the switch next to API Credentials.
The switch turns on only after a token has been entered. Subscription orders placed before the integration was turned on are not sent to Leat.

When the integration is on, Juo sends every subscription order to Leat after it is created in Shopify — the first subscription order and each renewal. Each order is sent with:
  • the order number and total, in your store currency
  • every line item, with its quantity, price, and the discount taken off it
  • shipping costs, with their discounts
  • the discounts applied to the order
Leat uses these details to calculate points, so product-specific rules and discounts in your Leat setup apply to subscription orders too. Juo matches the order to a Leat contact by the customer’s email address. If the customer is not yet a Leat contact, the contact is created. Orders without an email address are not sent.
Juo sends subscription orders only. Other orders in your store are not sent to Leat by this integration.
If your access token is revoked or entered incorrectly, Juo keeps retrying each order for about 36 hours. Update the token within that time so the orders still reach Leat.
Juo can look up the logged-in customer’s Leat referral code and referral link, so subscribers can share them from the Customer Portal. This is available to custom Customer Portal blocks through the Customer API endpoint GET /customer/v1/integrations/leat. The code and link are empty when the referral program is not enabled in your Leat account.

Juo does not store Leat data. Contacts, referral codes, and points are read from Leat each time they are needed.
