Requirements
After you save the token and enable the integration, Juo automatically creates the required event definitions and contact properties in your HubSpot portal — no manual setup in HubSpot is needed.
Juo <> HubSpot workflow triggers
Juo is currently syncing the following events with HubSpot:
Note that in order to sync events between Juo and HubSpot you need to turn on the integration first. Events that happened prior to the integration will not be visible in HubSpot.
You can use the above events as enrollment triggers in HubSpot workflows. For example, if you want to send an email after a subscription payment has failed in your store, select Billing Failed Subscription as the enrollment trigger.
Juo <> HubSpot event properties
Each of the events that is synced between Juo and HubSpot comes with a set of properties that can be used in HubSpot workflows, for example in enrollment filters and if/then branches. HubSpot event properties only support simple values — no nested lists or objects. Because of that, products are represented by their joined names and a count, and monetary amounts are sent as text with two decimal places (e.g.49.99) to preserve exact values.
Subscription-related properties
Available on all events except Renewal Requires Action:
Depending on the event type, some additional properties may become available:
The Renewal Requires Action event carries its own minimal set of properties instead of the subscription-related ones:
